Why is there no way to email someone at giant Bomb on this site. I have a billing questions and can not speak to anyone? I have been a premium member for years now. There was always a way to speak to someone. Now that the old crew left there is no method to speak to someone?

@thanador12: Yep, what they said. We've never had a phone call service for billing, but if you email support or PM me here or DM me on Twitter I can get you sorted.
