So like the story says, the geniuses at PSN Europe (which Australia is a part of) did a massive password reset for users but failed to send out a courtesy email to tell me to make a new one. On top of that the password reset options doesn't work on the PlayStation website and on the SEN website it won't even pretend it's working.
PlayStation Australia has no email support or phone support, just a stupid knowledge base site that is no help. The only email option is a link to PlayStation UK which has a support email address but it says explicitly they will not help any requests outside of the UK.
Yes, I am venting. But has anyone had this problem and fixed it? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated ...
